Responsibilities
* Attend to phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media.
* Diagnose and de‑escalate potential issues in customer service channels.
* Record and forward incidents following client procedures.
* Process and address assigned tasks.
Hours & Location
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00.
* Leiria.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service.
* Strong communication and argumentation skills.
* Result‑oriented and customer‑focused.
* Knowledge of English (mandatory).
