Role Overview
We are looking for a
German-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our
Automotive Digital Services
team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers and partners for connected car and digital automotive services, ensuring excellent user experience and timely resolution of inquiries.
Work Schedule
Monday to Sunday 24/7
(rotational shifts, including nights and weekends)
Days off:
2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in
German and English
through phone, email, and chat.
Assist users with issues related to connected vehicles, digital services, and account management.
Troubleshoot technical or connectivity problems following established procedures.
Document customer interactions accurately in the internal systems.
Maintain service quality and follow up on complex cases when needed.
Requirements
Fluent in German
(C1-C2 level) and good command of
English
(B2 or higher).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in
customer service
or
technical support
is an advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 schedule).
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
Candidates must be
based in mainland Portugal
, but relocation support is offered for those moving from abroad.
