Commissioning Engineer for High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) - Converter Control:
* Location: Amadora, Portugal
* Country: Portugal
A key aspect of this role is the design, implementation and verification of innovative HVDC applications using lean and agile methods. Collaborative teams work closely together to provide customized solutions based on the latest advancements in HVDC technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective handling of commissioning processes for HVDC systems worldwide.
* Integration test and functional testing of control and protection systems (C&P) in our German test facilities.
* Preparation and execution of testing procedures and test programs for converter control systems, including necessary verification documentation.
* Planning, execution and evaluation of workshop tests (acceptance tests) at sub-suppliers.
* Support of commissioning management in quality, risk and claim management.
* Participation in improvement programs (Lean, Reviews and Lessons Learned).
