Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Support procurement activities to align with project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in planning and resource allocation to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Monitor milestones, track procurement deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Identify risks related to procurement in projects and propose mitigation strategies.
Develop and Implement Strategies :
- Contribute to the execution of procurement strategies for Opex and Capex.
- Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and contract negotiations.
Manage Budgets and Costs :
- Monitor procurement budgets within project frameworks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Address supplier performance issues and escalate when necessary to meet project requirements.
Ensure Compliance :
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, project guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in risk assessments related to procurement processes.
Collaborate Internally :
- Partner with project teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
- Provide procurement expertise to support the successful delivery of capital and operational projects.
