As a Software Business Analytics Specialist on our Corporate team, you'll play a vital role in building frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon's business thriving. Key Responsibilities Define KPIs and performance frameworks to measure the impact of software‐enabled business initiatives Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support operational and management steering Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement Translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations for business and SWBE teams Enable fact‐based prioritization and tracking of outcomes across initiatives Define standard KPI and reporting models to ensure consistency and transparency Identify data gaps, quality issues, and risks, and improve data reliability and visibility Collaborate with SWBE and business stakeholders to ensure analytics aligns with business priorities and decision needs Your Profile Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field At least 3-5 years of professional experience in business analytics, performance management, and data‐driven enablement roles Experience defining and analyzing KPIs, performance frameworks, and reporting models Experience building dashboards and working with data visualization tools Solid analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to collaborate with cross‐functional stakeholders and drive alignment Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage Please send us your CV in English.
