Actively drives implementation of TE Auto's standards, using TEOA & Lean Manufacturing concepts. Her/his operations related decisions are closely aligned with all other functions, manages plant operations / Value Stream Managers and ensures compliance with all relevant policies, is responsible for meeting production schedules, shipping, maintaining, quality, controlling manufacturing costs, implementing continuous improvement and promoting good employee and community relations.Your Main TasksDirects the proper utilisation and maintenance of machinery and tooling including the scheduling of preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with production commitments.
