Job Title

This role is a key position in leading the company's expansion and employee mobility processes, both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, launching new locations, and managing internal and international mobility procedures with emphasis on legal, tax, and administrative compliance while providing a positive experience for employees.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the national and international expansion strategy in alignment with business objectives;
* Identify and evaluate market opportunities for the launch of new offices, hubs, or operations;
* Manage expansion projects from feasibility analysis to execution and performance monitoring;
* Coordinate internal and international mobility processes (transfers, secondments, expatriation), ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with all legal and tax requirements;
* Manage mobility contracts, benefits, insurance, work permits, visas, and all necessary documentation;
* Work closely with HR, Legal, Tax, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach;
* Liaise with local partners and vendors (relocation agencies, tax advisors, public authorities, etc.);
* Monitor market trends, international legislation, and global mobility practices;
* Develop internal policies and procedures to promote sustainable and effective mobility practices;
* Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide risk analyses and strategic recommendations to senior management.



Requirements

* Degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Law, or similar fields;
* Experience in business expansion, international mobility, or global operations projects;
* Strong knowledge of labor and tax legislation related to international mobility;
* Strategic thinking, results-driven approach, and strong project management skills;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); other languages are a plus;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
* Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized profile with strong planning capabilities.
