We are looking for a Sales Administration & Logistics Assistant who will contribute to develop the business of the company in Portugal.
Key accountabilities
The candidate guarantees that the products delivered correspond to the order placed by the customer in terms of price, quantities and deadlines. He/She also provides support in order to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.
The non-limiting tasks of Sales Administration & Logistics Assistant include:
- Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing
- Ensure a smooth and effective delivery tracking
- Follow the payment tracking with Finance team
- Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note in the system
- Make a daily update in the common tracking tool
- Management of a close communication with the customers
- Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports
- Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe
Candidate profile
- 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a similar position
- Master's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications
- Confirmed trainings in Logistics / Sales administration
- Languages: the person must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish will be valued.
- Interest in developing a successful experience in logistics and supply chain
- Proficient in Excel. SAP working knowledge will be valued.
- Able to work under pressure and have efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
