Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site) Role: Integration in Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade project; Telephone support or on-site visits to resolve IT issues; On-site support in performing software updates on PCs; Equipment staging; IT equipment testing and hardware component replacement; Equipment packaging, categorization, and labeling.
Profile: Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade; Proven professional experience in remote and local technical support roles; Previous experience in Windows upgrade projects will be valued; Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting; Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Workstations and Servers); Good knowledge of hardware (Computers, Printers, Video Conferencing and Communication Equipment); Good knowledge of Networking (Switches, Access Points, and Routers); Good ability to produce documentation and procedures for transferring knowledge to other teams; Excellent communication skills and customer focus; Enjoy working in a team and good conflict management skills; Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Availability for short-term projects.
