Digital Performance Marketing Manager – United Kingdom Market Location: Leiria, Portugal (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Role Overview: As the E‑traffic Manager for the United Kingdom market, you will spearhead strategies to boost online traffic and conversions for our e‑commerce platform, leveraging our established United Kingdom presence to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic.
* Support the management and optimization of digital investment.
* Implement and manage daily traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
* Create creative briefs for marketing campaigns.
* Proactively seek new traffic sources to expand reach.
* Support relationships with digital marketing agencies.
* Provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
* Over 5 years of experience in e‑traffic management or similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques (RTB, Social Ads, SEA, Affiliate Programs, Display, Retargeting, among others).
* Proficiency in Adobe Omniture and/or Google Analytics.
* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive mindset, strong team spirit, and goal‑oriented approach.
* Solid understanding of the UK online retail market.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
