About the Role
We're hiring a Technology Manager to join the Lisbon-based tech team of our client, a Spanish fashion brand known for its strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.
This role is ideal for someone with 5 to 10 years of experience in technology project management who is ready to take ownership of cross-functional initiatives in areas like reporting, e-commerce, and ERP systems. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure solid technical execution and smooth integration across platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Power BI and Reporting
* Lead the development of dashboards that support business decisions across Sales, Operations, and Finance
* Help structure and evolve data visibility in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
E-commerce (Shopify)
* Oversee the transition from Joor to Shopify for B2B operations
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless migration
SAP Development & Integration
* Act as the go-between for business teams and the external SAP implementation partner
* Drive development of modules related to logistics, purchasing, and sustainability
What We're Looking For
* Based in Lisbon, with legal work eligibility in Portugal
* Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
* Strong track record in managing technology projects, ideally in retail or consumer brands
* Hands-on experience with Power BI (ETL, SQL)
* Good understanding of Shopify and SAP (Business One or HANA)
* Confident working with 3rd party tools, APIs, and systems integrations (eCommerce, WMS, etc.)
* Autonomous, curious, and proactive in identifying improvements
* Able to clearly explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
