We are seeking a talented individual to serve as our primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and other related parties.

This is a remote position with a 9-hour shift from Wednesday to Sunday, including one hour for lunch. Some holiday work will be required but will be compensated.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as Primary Point of Contact
* Schedule Travel and Logistics Requests
* Review and Approve Travel Requests
* Process Expense Reimbursements
* Train Study Site Personnel

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Customer Service or Life Sciences Industry
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
* Cross-Functional Knowledge: Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
* Teamwork and Communication: Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline
