We are looking for a IT Technical support Technician (Helpdesk) to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisboa.
Tasks:
1. Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environment;
2. Remote Support & In person/On desk/field support;
3. Work by procedures and tickets;
4. Warehouse, stocks control, logistics & Back-office tasks.
Requirements:
5. Hardware and Software;
6. Networking and security;
7. Problem solving and critical thinking;
8. Microsoft tech savvy;
9. Main Technologies : MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipments(cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smartpass, Active Directory, Network protocols;
10. Communication and Conscientiousness;
11. Customer oriented;
12. Teamwork;
13. Multitasking Ability;
14. Fluent in English
