About the internship
As a Data Content Analyst Intern, you'll support the Operations team by helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data that enables freight forwarders around the world to quote container shipments reliably.
You'll work at the intersection ofdata processing, quality assurance, and logical reasoning, gaining exposure to real-world workflows where human judgment plays a critical role alongside automation.
This internship is ideal if you enjoy structured work, learning how complex systems operate, and contributing to meaningful, production-level outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing and comparing data frommultiple sources to train AI Models
Identifying errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Documenting findings clearly and following defined workflows
Collaborating with the Operations team to resolve data-related issues
Maintaining high quality standards in detail-oriented, repetitive tasks
Suggesting improvements based on recurring patterns or common issues
Requirements
High level of English is required
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Comfort working with structured data (Excel, Queries, tabular data)
Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and work independently
Reliable internet connection and availability for remote work
Previous experience is not required — we value curiosity, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Nice to have (not required)
Interest inlogistics, transportation, or operations
Prior exposure to data entry, QA, or administrative tasks
Knowledge of additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools
