About the Role At Symplifyr, we're expanding into applied AI for business processes, building solutions that combine automation, integrations and AI models. We're looking for an AI Solutions Tech Lead to technically lead our emerging AI implementation practice, acting as the internal technical reference and as a senior client-facing voice. This is a cross-functional role. You'll be involved in discovery and solution design with clients, guide the team through execution, define stack and best practices, and actively contribute to new business through your technical expertise. Tasks What You'll Do Lead technical discovery with clients: understand the business problem, map current processes, identify AI/automation opportunities, and design architectures that are both realistic and ambitious Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client expectations Technically lead the implementation team, mentoring juniors and seniors on solution design, code reviews, architecture decisions, and tooling adoption Continuously bring new ideas: models, AI frameworks, automation tools, emerging patterns, and help the team grow technically Manage multiple projects in parallel, acting as the senior technical point of contact with clients Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, in collaboration with the commercial team Requirements Who We're Looking For We're open to Senior profiles (5+ years) or Lead/Principal (8+ years), as long as the experience demonstrates technical maturity and leadership capability.
