We're looking for a IT Support (Production or Application Support)
What You'll Do
* Manage and support daily operations of Temenos Transact, including Close of Business (COB) activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Provide L1 and L2 support by handling user queries, performing issue diagnosis, resolving application incidents, and coordinating with infrastructure, vendor (Temenos), and internal IT teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis, support patches, upgrades, and batch processing.
* Communicate ticket progress to stakeholders, document resolutions, create user guides, and contribute to system stability and process improvement.
* Offer technical support during implementations, go-lives, and branch launches, both remotely and onsite.
Who We're Looking For:
Professional Experience & Technical Skills:
* Experience in L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact (T24)
* Strong knowledge of Retail Banking, Treasury, Wealth Management, Payments (TPH), and Financial Accounting modules
* Proficient in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis
* Understanding of RTB (Run the Bank) operations, incident and production support familiar with Temenos tools: TAFC/TAJF, Temenos Scheduler Agent, TSM, and Interaction Framework
* Knowledge of banking transaction flows and payment interfaces (SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS)
* Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and database management
* Proficient in using ServiceNow, JIRA, Autosys for ticketing and job scheduling
* Good understanding of APIs, middleware, and system monitoring tools
* Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in incident and change management
Language Requirement
* English – B2 level or higher (mandatory)
