You understand the common IT needs in SMEs and the mid-market. You are able to explain the differences between OEM, Retail, and Volume licences and transferability requirements. You have knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Office, CALs, RDS, etc.). You are familiar with understanding the used/recycled licence market and the applicable legislation in the European Union (e.g., EU Court of Justice ruling on used software). You're adaptable and dynamic, with a creative mind and great curiosity. You're keen to conquer new challenges. You have a strong interest and curiosity for innovative new technologies.
