Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with logistics suppliers to secure competitive terms and drive cost efficiencies.
Partner with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to understand requirements and support business objectives.
Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and risk assessments to inform sourcing decisions.
Monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support continuous improvement and operational excellence in logistics sourcing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, ideally in logistics.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Knowledge of logistics operations, supplier markets, and supply chain best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English;
Portuguese language skills preferred.
