Job Title: Technology Leader
A high-profile position is available for a seasoned IT professional to lead the technological direction of our transportation management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT support, streamlining system integrations, and driving technology initiatives that align with business objectives.
As the primary point of contact for IT-related matters, the Technology Leader will foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day IT support for transportation management systems (TMS) and related applications, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
* Manage and support critical FT&L systems, including Bosch Cargo Objects (TMS), Business Central, Continia, FCM (Fleet Control Monitoring), eCMR, and related integrations.
* Ensure IT solutions comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
Project Support & Coordination
* Assist in IT and system-related projects, providing guidance on implementation and improvement, and ensuring strong project governance.
* Work with Enterprise applications and Product teams to streamline system integrations, ensuring smooth data exchange between internal solutions & platforms.
Business and IT Alignment
* Act as the primary IT contact for the FT&L business, ensuring technology supports strategic business objectives while maintaining governance over system changes.
* Engage with IT peers and FT&L leadership to support strategic discussions and technical decision-making.
Requirements:
* A strong background in IT operations, system support, and application management within a logistics or transportation environment.
* Experience with TMS platforms (Bosch Cargo Objects as an example), knowledge of ERP and fleet management systems.
* Proven ability to manage integrations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
* Familiarity with IT governance, change management, and vendor relationship management.
* Project management experience with a focus on process improvement and business alignment.
* Fluency in English.
