And for that, we needyou.We are looking for aDigital Asset Management (DAM) Platform Managerto take ownership of our DAM system (Tenovos) and ensure it delivers maximum value across brands and markets. This role combinesplatform governance, stakeholder collaboration and process optimisation, playing a key part in ensuring brand consistency, compliance and operational excellence.Your Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day administration, performance and accessibility of the DAM platform Support user onboarding, training and ongoing assistance across brands and markets Ensure proper asset governance, tagging, approval and compliance with company standards Develop and maintain metadata standards to enhance asset discoverability and searchability Enforce the use of final, approved assets to guarantee brand consistency Monitor asset usage and expiry dates to mitigate compliance and legal risks Continuously improve DAM processes, workflows and policies Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Managers and external agencies Track adoption, usage and asset performance, providing reporting where needed Maintain clear documentation, guidelines and best practicesWhat Success Looks Like (KPIs):High level of active users engaging meaningfully with the platform each month Strong metadata accuracy and asset quality standardsWho We're Looking For:Experience managing a DAM platform (Tenovos experience is a strong plus) Strong understanding of asset governance and metadata management Experience working with marketing and brand teams Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven Strong stakeholder management skills Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementInterested?
