Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to building a vibrant online and offline community.
* Develop and manage relationships with community members, including leading language groups and organizing events.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM platform and provide essential support during strategic meetings.
* Nurture the community through various online channels and foster connections with users.
* Mobilize volunteers to organize community events and help with offline marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with participants to understand their needs and preferences.
* Ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide feedback to the management team.
* Identify opportunities to increase customer retention and engagement.
Main Requirements
* A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
* A minimum internship duration of 6 months.
* Availability to work from one of our locations or be willing to relocate.
* Excellent English communication skills (team meetings are primarily held in English). Additional languages are a plus, with basic Spanish knowledge required for Madrid-based roles.
* Proactivity and strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms.
