What will your responsibilities be?Dealer support, including complaint management for inbound and outbound inquiries Recording and processing of incoming inquiries - via phone and writen Final processing or forwarding of cases or calls to the responsible specialist department Use of information and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Group Retail Portal, NewadaWeb, NADIN, and Fleetcom What skills are we looking for?High school diploma (mandatory) Completed commercial vocational training (desirable but not mandatory) Fluent in German (mandatory) Use of telephony and contact-center systems (inbound/outbound call handling) Ability to document, route, and elevate cases through internal workflow tools Efficient use of knowledge bases and information databases Fast learning of new platforms and proprietary systems Strong typing, multitasking, and screen-navigation skills Understanding of process-driven environments (SLAs, KPIs, case ownership) What we can offer:Competitive Salary and Benefits Opportunity for rapid growth in the company Training according with your path career#J-18808-Ljbffr
