Business Analyst (French Speaker) - Hybrid (Porto)
Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Porto. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and periodic travel to France.
What you need to have
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
* Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and French (minimum C1 level required).
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, process mapping, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Willingness and ability to travel to France periodically for work-related purposes.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to define project scope and deliverables.
* Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to inform decision-making processes.
* Create detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development process.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and challenges.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and methodologies.
* Travel to France as needed for stakeholder meetings and project-related discussions.
* Demonstrate good communication, team spirit, proactivity, and time management.
