In that context, we are looking for a Financial Controller for Holdings, who will be working transversally with 3 other hubs and the parent company.
What will you do?
Follow-up of costs of support functions for some dimensionsPerform analysis with monthly commentsManage gap analysis (actual vs. last year / forecast)Mollow-up outstanding amounts (accruals, prepaid expenses)Provide day-to-day support to some dimension' heads to help them preparingBudgetForecastsLandingPrepare semester and year-end closings for external auditsMonthly analysis of income tax and Capex at Hubs levelProvide financial ad-hoc analysis when required What you'll need to succeed?
:Background in Finance and Accounting3-5years of experience (audit, consolidation or accounting department)Problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail required.Robust financial analysis skills, with an aptitude for financial modelling and analysisAbility to work diligently and effectively with all levels within the organisation including Board members, Executive Committee and stakeholders across the GroupRigorous and reliable in your work, ability to handle confidential informationExcellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skillsPro-activeness, critical thinking, effective time management and active listening skillsStrong spirit of service, team and progressAdvanced Excel skills, Project Management and HFM experience an advantageFluency in English What we have to offer you?
