The KA Consulting Group Fully Remote | Part-Time to Start | 20 Hours/Week with Potential to Scale The KA Consulting Group is looking for a sharp, highly organized, people-first Senior Account Manager to support our growing portfolio of executive thought leadership, personal branding, and strategic communications clients. This is a fully remote role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, loves being client-facing, and knows how to keep multiple moving pieces organized without losing sight of the bigger strategy. We work directly with CEOs, founders, executives, and high-level professionals across industries including real estate, healthcare, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, hospitality, and more. This role requires someone who is professional, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working with senior-level clients. About the Role The Senior Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact between clients and the internal KA team. You will help manage client communication, support strategy development, coordinate deliverables, organize timelines, prepare presentations, draft thoughtful emails, and ensure projects are moving forward with clarity and momentum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing different hats, can stay calm under pressure, and knows how to balance relationship management with execution. Responsibilities The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for: Managing day-to-day communication with clients and internal team members Joining and helping lead client calls with professionalism and confidence Taking clear notes, identifying action items, and ensuring follow-through Supporting the development of client strategies, content plans, presentations, and proposals Writing polished, thoughtful client emails and follow-up messages Helping organize project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps Coordinating with copywriters, designers, strategists, and leadership to keep work moving Managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines at once Anticipating client needs and proactively flagging potential issues Helping maintain a high standard of client experience across all accounts Supporting thought leadership, executive branding, and content strategy initiatives Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Excellent with people and confident in client-facing conversations Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong at multitasking and managing competing priorities A clear, polished writer who can draft strong emails, summaries, and presentations Comfortable working with executives, founders, CEOs, or B2B clients Strategic, proactive, and able to think several steps ahead Calm under pressure and comfortable with fast deadlines Able to work independently in a remote environment Flexible and willing to wear different hats as the agency grows Emotionally intelligent, professional, and solutions-oriented Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, communications, PR, branding, or a related field Experience working with B2B clients, executives, CEOs, or professional services clients preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience developing or supporting presentations, proposals, content strategies, or client-facing materials Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Canva, project management platforms, and LinkedIn Agency experience is a plus Experience in thought leadership, executive branding, PR, or content strategy is strongly preferred Time Commitment This role will begin as a part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to scale into more hours as the role and client needs grow. Because this is a client-facing role, availability during U.S. business hours is preferred. What We're Looking For We need someone who does more than "manage accounts." The right person will be able to move between client communication, project coordination, strategic thinking, and execution with ease.
