About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Relationship Expert, where you will be responsible for promoting and presenting services to clients onsite and at events.
Your primary objective will be to onboard new merchants and guide them through the registration process until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and present our services to clients onsite and at events.
* Onboard new merchants and guide registration to completion.
* Monitor portfolio performance and drive active usage.
* Provide in-person support; escalate issues that need higher-level help.
* Execute both scheduled and self-initiated outreach.

Requirements
