Key Responsibilities
* Program Leadership:
* Lead and manage multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource optimization.
* Strategic Planning:
* Define program roadmap, success metrics, and milestones. Develop and manage business cases, program charters, and execution plans.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Partner with senior executives, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
* Governance & Reporting:
* Establish and oversee governance structures, status reporting, and performance dashboards to track progress, risks, and dependencies.
* Risk & Issue Management:
* Identify potential risks, issues, and interdependencies early; develop and execute mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
* Budget & Resource Management:
* Manage program budgets, resource allocations, and vendor relationships to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Process Improvement:
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and promote a culture of excellence in program delivery and execution.
* Team Leadership:
* Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
* Experience: 15–18 years of total experience with at least 8–10 years in program or project management leadership roles.
* Certifications: PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred).
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, product development, or digital transformation (depending on industry).
* Soft Skills:
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
