Description
* Ensure the effective execution of the customer plan.
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, including same-day response and resolution of issues within agreed timelines.
* Maintain a clear understanding of the customer's decision-making process, identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships accordingly.
* Foster internal cross-functional alignment with the account to achieve volume and profitability targets.
* Create and regularly update the store database for the assigned account.
* Provide accurate forecasting to support production planning.
* Manage all administrative tasks related to the customer.
* Conduct weekly store visits across the country to ensure compliance with account plans.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of all key customer activities outlined in the plan.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, with a strong interest in management and commercial functions.
* 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, management consulting, marketing, or sales.
* Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong results orientation, with excellent planning and coordination skills.
* Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong professional relationships.
