THE ROLE
As a
Legal Analyst
at Indie Campers, you will support the Legal Department by assisting in legal research, contract drafting, and risk identification.
You'll report directly to the Legal Manager and play a key role in maintaining the department's quality and delivery standards.
This role sits at the core of our day-to-day legal operations and will work closely with departments such as Operations, People, Revenue and Product and other business units to ensure our legal function is proactive, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Assist in conducting legal research across various areas of law and jurisdictions to support company-wide initiatives.
Support the drafting and reviewing of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Help identify legal risks and flag potential bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of legal tasks.
Ensure that all work meets high-quality standards, aligned with team and organizational expectations.
Manage task priorities effectively in line with company objectives and evolving business needs.
Take initiative to improve your own performance while contributing to the development and excellence of the legal team.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's/Master's in Law from a recognized university (Europe, US or APAC)
+1 year of experience in a legal setting (in-house legal team, law firm, or internship experience).
Registration with the Bar Association in a country where Indie Campers operates is a plus.
Good knowledge of contract and corporate law principles.
Legal research and good writing skills.
Ability to comprehend and interpret legal documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of travel industry regulations, digital regulations, international tax is a plus.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
Fluency in English is mandatory.
