Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support in order management, requests, and complaints.
* Record and monitor requests using CRM systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
* Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and SAP will be a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Team spirit, organizational ability, and multitasking capacity.
* Fluency in Spanish and English will be valued.
