Seeking Expert Front-end Web Developer
We're looking for a skilled front-end web developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HTML, CSS, and related tools.
This role includes building and maintaining responsive, standards-compliant websites, integrating front-end components into CMS platforms, and collaborating closely with designers, developers, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain responsive, standards-compliant websites using HTML, CSS, Stylus, Sass, PostCSS, and related tools.
* Integrate front-end components into both mainstream and modular CMS platforms using custom templates and reusable code blocks.
* Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to turn static mockups into engaging user experiences.
* Troubleshoot issues related to responsiveness, browser compatibility, and accessibility.
* Optimize websites for speed, SEO performance, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
* Perform regular updates and enhancements while maintaining code quality and consistency.
* Stay current with emerging tools, front-end frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a demonstrated ability to build clean, maintainable front-end code.
* Experience working with content management systems—both mainstream (e.g., WordPress) and developer-oriented platforms that rely on modular templates and structured code-based workflows.
* Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
* Strong grasp of layout, spacing, typography, and visual presentation.
* Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery is preferred but not required.
* Awareness of SEO fundamentals, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser considerations.
* Experience with version control (Git), file transfer protocols (SSH/SFTP), and build tools like Node.js and Gulp.
