We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies. Your role is to manage the full recruitment cycle, specializing in identifying and recruiting executive, niche, and challenging roles across the organization. You will be responsible for meticulous candidate assessment and building strong, lasting relationships throughout the selection process.

Your responsibilities:
* Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, job boards, and digital platforms, ensuring daily outreach targets are met.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews, manage candidate expectations, and ensure alignment with Conectys and client standards.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.
* Support onboarding by preparing shortlisted candidates, initiating pre-employment checks, and collaborating with the local HR and TA teams.
* Build and maintain candidate relationships through ongoing engagement, actively network within relevant talent communities, and stay informed on market trends and hiring best practices.
What will make you successful for the role:
* At least C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
* Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in Recruitment
* Previous experience in the BPO industry is a strong advantage
* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
* Hands‑on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, reference check, etc.)
* Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi‑tasked environment
