Job Description:
We're looking for an experiencedGraphic Designerwith a strong background inadvertising creative productionandad banner design.
This role is for someone who has ideallyworked at a marketing, advertising, or creative agency beforeand understands how to create high-performing visuals for paid campaigns.
We need a designer who can combine strong visual taste with conversion-focused thinking.
You should be comfortable creating banners and ad creatives for different platforms, following brand guidelines, and producing clean, modern, performance-driven designs quickly and consistently.
What we need help with:
Designing ad banners for digital campaigns
Creating static ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and display ads
Adapting creative into multiple sizes and formats
Designing visuals that are both on-brand and performance-focused
Collaborating with our team on concepts, iterations, and revisions
Turning briefs into polished advertising assets efficiently
Ideal candidate:
Has previous experience working in anagency environment
Strong portfolio withadvertising creatives, banner ads, and paid media design
Understands direct-response design and performance marketing creatives
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especiallyPhotoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Able to follow creative direction and also bring strong design ideas
Fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Comfortable working on multiple brands and campaigns
Nice to have:
Experience designing for e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Understanding of CTR-focused creative testing
Experience with light motion graphics or simple animated banners
