Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead our sales function at our new property in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and developing key markets.
The Director of Sales will work closely with our General Manager, Senior Executive team, and Global Sales teams to oversee the sales function and implement our pre-opening sales strategy. Key responsibilities include defining our revenue budget, implementing the annual sales plan, and driving market share, average rate, and RevPAR.
As a senior sales lead on property, you will introduce and showcase our hotel to the Lisbon market, creating buzz and anticipation before opening. During the opening period, you will entertain clients through individual fam trips, tours, and various opening events and parties.
International travel is required to develop key markets, including roadshows, sales calls, and international trade fairs promoting our hotel and lifestyle group.
