The Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme operating across multiple countries. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll own the operational success, governance, and evolution of a critical ServiceNow platform, while helping shape the adoption of modern automation and AI-driven capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.
Your Mission:
- Platform Ownership: Drive the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, stability, security, and long-term platform health.
- Governance & Strategy: Establish governance frameworks, architecture standards, and technical best practices while managing technical debt and platform evolution.
- Roadmap Execution: Align business priorities, platform demand, and delivery capacity to successfully execute the ServiceNow roadmap.
- DevOps Leadership: Lead and support ServiceNow engineering teams, overseeing release planning, platform reliability, deployment processes, and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior business leaders, architects, and product teams to translate business objectives into measurable platform outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- ServiceNow Leadership: Proven experience leading or owning enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms in complex corporate environments.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, platform governance, upgrade management, and ServiceNow best practices.
- AI & Automation: Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, advanced automation, or AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success managing technical engineering or DevOps teams within global or multi-country organisations.
- Delivery & Operations: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD adoption, automated testing, release management, and operational governance.
