We work closely with artists and labels to turn data into growth, while keeping processes clear, organized, and artist-friendly.What you will doManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Spotify Ads.Launch, monitor, and adjust campaigns for music releases, content promotion, and audience growth.Set up targeting, budgets, creatives, and placements based on campaign goals.Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, streams, etc.) and optimize accordingly.Test creatives, audiences, and formats to continuously improve results.Prepare short performance updates and insights for the internal team.Work closely with our content and artist teams to align ads with release strategies.What we're looking forHands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Spotify Ads experience is a strong plus).
