Job Description:We are seeking aCustomer Success Engineerto support clients using ourDigital Signagesolutions throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include project setup, content coordination, screen configuration, onboarding, support ticket resolution, usage tracking, and reporting.
This role requires full-time on-site work at our office in Maia, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
Project Deployment:Lead client onboarding and implementation, including scoping, designing, configuring solutions, managing content, and quality assurance.
Customer Enablement:Provide training and documentation for clients and partners.
Product Adoption:Monitor performance metrics, deliver ROI reports, and optimize platform usage.
Account Growth:Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Client Support:Manage support tickets, escalate issues, and monitor system health.
Relationship Management:Maintain client relationships, handle renewals, and gather feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent experience
Customer service experience
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Interest in technology
Empathy and customer expectation management skills
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IPTV protocols and technologies
Linux command line familiarity
Scripting languages
Experience in similar roles
