Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. This is a fully remote position within Portugal, open to candidates based anywhere in the country.
No visa sponsorship provided, EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required
Your Role
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
* Work in line with company procedures and service standards
Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
* Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary & Compensation
* Base salary: 1,500€ gross × 14 months
* Bonus: 80€ × 11 months

Requirements
* C2 or C1 level of Danish
* Good command of English for internal communication
* Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
* Must be based in Portugal
* EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required
