Requirements:
* Bilingual (English and German) – spoken and written
* Experience in Helpdesk/Application Support
* Incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
* Root-Cause analysis, log-file handling, problem solving
* Active Directory experience in user management/access management
* Problem solving & research skills
* Data handling & analysis (e.g. batchfile uploads, cross check data)
* SQL queries knowledge
* Microsoft Excel & Office (strong Excel skills)
* Organization & Priority skills
* Team player
* Experience in creation & updating documentation
