In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. What You Bring
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) with strong English skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a calm, solution-oriented approach.Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.Confidence using CRM or support tools; willingness to learn new systems.Prior customer support or service experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with a strong eagerness to learn.
