Your mission is to plan, schedule, and track all trainings and certifications to meet legal, industry and customer requirements. You may occasionally support broader HR tasks, butyour primary focus is training management .MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESMap training needs (office & field), maintain thetraining matrix, and ensure compliance with client/industry standards.Plan, schedule, and coordinate courses, refreshers, inductions, and technical/HSE certifications.Liaise with providers, instructors, and Operations.Manage venues, materials, and logistics.Keep training records up to date in our systems (LMS/HRIS), including certificates, validity, and expiries.Prepare compliance evidence for audits and client requests; monitor KPIs (completion, expiry risk, no-shows).Manage budgets, POs, and invoices; support continuous improvement of training processes and content.Onboard new joiners with required trainings; coordinate recertifications for field teams.Assist in recruitment admin (posting, screening, scheduling) when needed.Maintain accurate employee documentation and support offboarding processes.Help run parts of the performance appraisal cycle and internal engagement events.REQUIRED SKILLSDegree inHuman Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Experience inHR and training management is mandatory .English proficiency (B2 minimum)- this skill will be assessed during the recruitment process.Strong IT skills, particularly withMicrosoft Office .Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.Ability to prioritize, work to deadlines, and keep meticulous records.WE OFFERSalary package according to experience.Meal allowance.Performance bonus.Corporate benefits.Flexible working, including remote work in line with department planning.Professional growth and continuous training opportunities.The chance to develop within agrowing international companyin the renewable energy sector.A dynamic, collaborative, and supportive workplace.Apply today and become part of Endiprev's mission to power a sustainable future! #J-18808-Ljbffr
