We are looking for aScrum Masterto guide agile teams through successful delivery cycles, ensuring strong adherence to Scrum principles while fostering continuous improvement. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and communication bridge across multicultural teams and stakeholders, supporting the delivery of innovative payment solutions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in agile environments.Main Responsibilities Agile Leadership:Facilitate and optimize Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective participation and team alignment. Communication & Facilitation:Promote clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders across different geographies. Support the team in understanding requirements from the Product Owner and step in when further clarification is needed (Portuguese, English, French). Process Improvement:Identify impediments, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement to enhance team performance and delivery quality. Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations. Mentorship & Coaching:Coach the team on agile practices, encouraging self-organization, ownership, and accountability. Performance Tracking:Use agile metrics and KPIs to monitor progress, support decision-making, and optimize productivity and outcomes. Essential Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading agile teams. Strong communication skills inEnglish and French(written and verbal). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex topics across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Experience with agile tools such asJira ,Confluence, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Fluency inEnglish, French, and Portuguese (C1). Experience in thefinancial services industry, especially SEPA payments.
