As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct warm and cold outbound campaigns to grow the top of the sales funnel.
Engage potential clients using consultative selling techniques, leveraging BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) criteria for qualification.
Research companies, identify key decision-makers, and add qualified prospects to our outbound list.
Sales Operations & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client relationship data within HubSpot.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance lead generation efforts.
Stay up to date on industry trends and continuously refine prospecting strategies.
Must-Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English, Portuguese and German or French (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence.
Comfort with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools & processes.
Self-starter mentality, with a high sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
Passion for understanding business challenges and identifying solutions.
Dedication to tracking performance and continuously improving efficiency.
Nice-to-Have Prior customer-facing or sales experience.
Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
Background in fashion, public relations (PR), or e-commerce.

Base Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 € per year
Commissions: up to 17,000€ per year
