Marketing Automation Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Digital Marketing & Solutions team in Lisbon, supporting global marketing and communication initiatives across international platforms. The role focuses on designing and optimizing automated digital marketing campaigns, managing KPI dashboards (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI), and delivering data-driven insights to enhance client engagement and the performance of electronic platforms.
Main Tasks:
Digital Marketing & Marketing Automation
Email marketing campaign design and execution
A/B and multivariate testing
KPI monitoring & campaign performance analysis
Data analytics and dashboard creation (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
Cross-system integration (CRM, CMS, ePlatforms, telemetry databases)
Main Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Communication, or Digital Marketing
Proven experience with marketing automation and mass emailing platforms
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, attribution)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to design and implement automated digital marketing strategies across multiple systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work under tight deadlines with effective time management and prioritization
Fluent English (mandatory)
