The After Sales Support Agent - will manage customer inquiries, process after-sales requests, and provide efficient support to ensure customer satisfaction in the retail industry.
Description
Be the first point of contact for our customers and service partners in case of technical issues;
Offer support in resolving technical issues via email or via telephone;
Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of information between parties;
Process the support cases within Schmitz Cargobull Systems;
Work closely with our Service Partner Network and Cargobull Euroservice;
Involve 2nd Level Aftersales Support when needed;
Provide reports about completed cases;
Give feedback regarding potential process improvements
Profile
Completed vocational training in a technical field;
English language required (both spoken and written);
Additional language skills are considered an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office Programs;
Previous experience in automotive or similar industries (especially dealing with spare parts or repairs);
Analytical and structured approach;
Team and cooperation skills;
Reliability and commitment;
Independent and result-oriented working style;
Good communication skills and assertiveness;
Strong customer and service orientation.
