* Implement and support SAP HCM solutions
* Focus primarily on the Payroll module and Time Management
* Collaborate with clients to design tailored and efficient solutions
* Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation
* Contribute to best practices and clear documentation
* Work closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Profile
* 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (including at least 2 full-cycle implementations)
* Proven experience in SAP Payroll
* Knowledge of Time Management (a plus)
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (nice to have)
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Payroll (big plus)
