Job Description
Team presentation and main goal:
The Performance team is responsible for:
* Monitoring financial performance and critical KPIs
* Coordination of Budget and Business Reviews and follow-up with customers/business units
* Reporting and analysis
* Supporting business managers and leadership
* Invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring
* Ad hoc analysis and presentations
* Responding to Audit and Compliance requests
* Auditing and managing Master data in Accounting, Procurement, and HR
Main tasks and goals:
* Analyzing P&L costs, requesting adjustments, and comparing actuals with budgets
* Understanding organizational structure across Natixis Portugal and other geographies
* Managing invoicing and client follow-up
* Supporting Budget and Business review processes
* Providing detailed insights on P&L, invoicing, or headcount requests
* Monitoring headcount, FTE, and Mandays against forecasts
* Ensuring quality control and audit compliance on P&L data
* Process improvement and documentation
* Preparing detailed reports, utilizing SAP for invoicing
* Ad hoc analysis and presentation creation
Qualifications
* Degree in Economics, Management, or Finance
* At least 3 years of experience with P&L structure, costs, and cost centers
* Advanced Excel skills (mandatory), SAP 4H knowledge preferred
* Proficiency in English; French is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
