You will be responsible to:
1. Develop detailed mechanical engineering designs and plans for pharmaceutical facilities;
2. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new construction projects;
3. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery;
4. Prepare and review engineering specifications, drawings, and reports;
5. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards;
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively;
7. Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards;
8. Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of designs;
9. Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during project execution;
10. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance assessments of existing facilities
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
11. University degree, or equivalent qualification, in Mechanical Engineering;
12. Relevant experience in the execution of industrial projects in operational environments;
13. Experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry;
14. Proficiency in piping engineering software such as AutoCAD, CADWorx and Inventor;
15. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations;
16. Excellent project management and organizational skills;
17. Competent (written and verbal) English;
18. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
