About the position
The work will take place within the framework of the FCT-PTDC project REVOLUTION (2022-08005.PTDC), which addresses a new paradigm in radio technologies that includes the merging of radar and communications to enable 6G devices with a built-in sensing component based on radar technology to detect, track, and reconstruct 3D objects.
Your required profile
The work will take place within the framework of the FCT-PTDC project REVOLUTION (2022-08005.PTDC), which addresses a new paradigm in radio technologies that includes the merging of radar and communications to enable 6G devices with a built-in sensing component based on radar technology to detect, track, and reconstruct 3D objects. Applicants should have a PhD in electrical engineering with a focus on signal design and processing for wireless communications and/or radar, with publications in relevant journals. Proficiency in MATLAB is required. The role involves collaboration with other researchers, supervision of MSc and PhD students, and participation in international or national project teams.
