MICE Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to both internal and external guests.
* Promptly provide courteous service to meet their needs.
* Conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Generate revenue through sales activities and special events.
* Develop new ideas to enhance our offer using creative marketing tools.
* Identify and acquire new clients in the MICE segment.
* Attend industry events to promote our brand and generate leads.
* Create innovative events such as themed evenings and charity events.
* Stay informed about key regional events.
* Supervise proposals, billing, and execution of events.
* Ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction at events.
* Maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, partners, and global sales networks.
* E nsure all promotional materials are up-to-date.
* Perform administrative tasks related to the department.
* Develop action plans based on performance feedback.
* Train team members according to the TTT methodology.
* Lead by example and apply LQA emotional and technical standards.
